The Chongqing’s Land & Resources and House professional information system was approved to be jointly explored by Beijing ANTU I2M and Chongqing Land & Resources and House Bureau at the end of 1999 through public bidding among more than 30 companies.

The companies and citizens can see about the information on the net. Now the total amount of visiting has reached 600 thousands. This website has become an important approach for Chongqing city to issue information of land & resources and house and communicate with the outside.

After the operation of the system, the process of transaction is standardized and the efficiency of dealing the business is improved. Now the system has transacted millions of business. In August 2001, the system of archive circulation and supervising management was started in August 2001. From March 2002, all the files can be received and sent out without using paper. The number of archives dealt with through the net has reached 4000. Now the net is being connected with that of every district and county. The system has passed the test and checkout of Chongqing’s Institute of Science

　　 The information system of municipal cadastral administration was started in March 2002. Now, 20 thousands municipal cadastral data base of unifying the attribute of cadastral map and the automated transaction of cadastral business with pictures and words unified in the center of the city have already been finished. And the net between city and district have already been joined.

　　 The information system of unifying land and house was started in 2001. Now the analysis and design of the system and the exploration of the archetypal system have already been finished. They were applied in the pilot district and county. After the system is formally applied, it will become the first administrative system of unifying land and house in real sense, and explore a new route for our county’s managing pattern for the unification of land & house and the construction of information.

　　 After more than one year’s functioning, the system is proved to be advanced, practical, stable and reliable. It played a great role for the Chongqing Land & Resources and House Bureau to administer land & resources and house and produced good administrative and social efficiencies.
